Prices are in U.S. Dollars only. Checks must be drawn against a U.S. Bank; international money orders accepted. We do not accept credit cards. Subscriptions are considered standing orders (automatically renewed) until cancelled, unless otherwise stated on purchase order. We accept pre-paid orders. Cancellations are accepted only at the end of the subscription period. Subscription price includes Parcel Post postage. Air mail is not available. Subscriptions are accepted all year long. Send change of address notifications to the Journal Office. Allow 8-12 weeks for change of address to take effect. Domestic claims for nonreceipt of issues should be made within 90 days of the month of publication; overseas claims should be made within 180 days. Thereafter, the regular back issue rate will be charged for replacement. Overseas delivery is not guaranteed. No refunds will be made. No returns are accepted. We prefer renewal orders 30 days before the first publication. All subscriptions payments must be received within 30 days after the first publication or when removed.
